There wasn't enough time to perform at the homecoming game, so the Burke dance team is inviting any alumni dancer to join them Friday, October 16th!
📅 Game: Friday, October 16th
⏰ Call Time: 6:30 PM
🏈 Game Starts: 7:00 PM
📍 Location: Burke High School
What to Wear:
Burke Bulldogs top, Black bottoms, Hair down, White or black tennis shoes
Practices:
2 practices in the Burke Aux Gym:
Wednesday, October 14th from 7:00–8:00 PM
Thursday, October 15th from 7:00–8:00 PM
If you are unable to make either practice, Burke Dance will also send out a practice video on Sunday, October 11th so you can learn the routine on your own.
Burke's very own alumni dancer, Jordan Speer (class of 2018), is choreographing the routine for us!

Sadly, beloved Burke math teacher Cathy McIntosh has passed away. Mrs. McIntosh taught at Burke for 30 years from 1976-2006 and was a favorite among students! She was also the Hockey Club advisor for a time!
Her son reached out the the Alumni Association and told us "she loved Burke with all her heart." 🖤💛
A celebration of Cathy’s life will be held at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home this Wednesday, September 30 from 5-7pm, with a following memorial performed by members of Eastern Star. Our thoughts are with all that knew and loved Mrs. McIntosh.

We had a great time touring the Class of 1976 for their 50th Reunion and the Class of 1996 for their 30th reunion last Saturday.
Lots of fun memories, laughs, & hugs!
