Sadly, Burke's first class president has passed away. Bob Pinkerton graduated with the class of 1964 (which back then was technically called Beveridge High while Burke was being built).
Although Bob was only at Burke his senior year, he was not only voted class president, but was active in on newspaper staff, was a feature editor, co-captain of the football team, on the basketball and baseball teams, of course a member of O Club, and was active in the theatre.
It's no wonder he went on to be an amazing teacher, coach, and stayed involved with theatre.
