Refund & Return Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or that is returned more than 30 days after deliver may receive a partial or no refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Email Bulldogs@BurkeHighAlumni.com to start a refund request.

EVENTS REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be in writing 30 days prior to the start date of the event.  No refunds will be granted after that. A full refund, less a $20 administrative fee, will be made within 45 days after the completion of the event. Email Bulldogs@BurkeHighAlumni.com to start a refund request.

DONATIONS

We cherish every donation and work hard to ensure every dollar is put to work supporting our mission quickly. When we receive your donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts. Because the Burke Alumni Association puts all donations to work quickly, we do not offer refunds on any donations or any donations made in receipt of gift items.
