Last week has been a big one for Burke graduates in Sarpy County.! Greg London, class of 1982, was sworn in as Sarpy County Sheriff on 1/9 and David Klug, class of 1995, was named Chairman of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners on 1/14. Congrats to these Bulldogs! Way to go! 🖤💛

Five Sarpy County representatives were sworn in to their positions: Sheriff Greg London; Public Defender Todd West; and Commissioners Don Kelly, Angi Burmeister and Gary Mixan.
Commissioner David Klug of La Vista has been selected as the 2025 Chair of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners. Commissioner Don Kelly of Bellevue will serve as Vice Chair.

Sadly, the class of 1976 has lost a classmate. Donald (Don) Murray passed last week. A visitation was held, which can be viewed at www.gsfuneral.com/obituaries/donald-murray
Don was a member of DECA while at Burke and made life-long friendships as a Bulldog. 🖤💛
